Before the Awakening

Two Centuries
of Character

Set along the road that threads between the historic town of Pollensa and the glittering bay of Puerto Pollensa, Villa El Crever has stood for two hundred years. A house of thick stone walls, vaulted arches and deep-set windows — built to endure the Mallorcan centuries in quiet, unhurried dignity.


It was beautiful in the way that only old things can be — worn by time, rich with memory. Its kitchen still breathed the spirit of the farmhouse it once was. The terraces, the garden, the sleeping pool — all waiting, as great houses always wait, for someone with the vision and the care to wake them.

Winter 2019 – 2020

The Winter
of Renewal

Through the quiet months of a Mallorcan winter, El Crever was transformed. New floors were laid, a fourth bathroom added, the pool terrace extended and remade. Air conditioning was installed throughout. The kitchen — always the soul of a Mallorcan farmhouse — was reimagined with care, its old bones respected, its new life magnificent. And through it all, the ancient stone arches and the thick walls kept watch, unchanged and unchangeable.

The Transformation

Ancient Bones,
New Life

The renovation of El Crever was an act of deep respect — for two centuries of history, for Mallorcan craftsmanship, and for the people who would come to love this house.

The Vaulted Arch

The magnificent stone arch at the heart of the living-dining room — one of El Crever's most breathtaking features — was cleaned and preserved. A two-hundred-year-old statement, still speaking.

The Kitchen Reborn

The kitchen — the soul of the old farmhouse — was fully reimagined. New fitted surfaces, modern appliances, and a charming breakfast area, while the spirit of the original space was kept entirely intact.

A Fourth Bathroom Added

Three bathrooms were fully renovated and a fourth was added. Every bathroom was retiled and refitted — fresh, modern, and beautifully finished.

The Pool & Terrace Expanded

The pool terrace was significantly extended and entirely renewed. At 11×5m, the pool itself is one of the most generous in the area — Roman steps, day bed, sun loungers and a chill-out lounge complete the picture.

The Pool Table Terrace

A covered terrace was dedicated to leisure — housing an 8-foot American pool table. For evenings when the stars are out and the Mallorcan night is warm, this is where memories are made.

New Floors & Light

Fresh tiled floors were laid throughout. A new lighting scheme — warm, layered, considered — transformed every room from day to dusk, honouring the architecture rather than overpowering it.
